If you're contacting us about a technical issue, please include as much detail as possible with screenshots if needed. The more detail you provide, the quicker we can assist you. 🙂

We always aim to reply to emails within 24 hours on weekdays. Our standard support hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, NZ time (NZST/NZDT).
